Cymatic Resonance seeks to equalize our collective consciousness to see and feel anew through the regenerative and healing properties of sound. Across cultures and throughout history, we have sought sound as a way to enter new realities. Ancient Egyptians adopted these frequencies for healing and achieving altered consciousness states. Ancient Sanskrit and Medieval Gregorian chants also incorporated certain frequencies for an enhanced spiritual experience. Some are used to bring focus, whilst others influence our dreaming states and others support healing. How do beats/music affect our consciousness and bodies?
